During the course, you'll learn how to logically progress an activity session for children, which includes finding the BEST intensity for each child and managing it.
By the end of the course, you'll feel confident in being able to manage multiple children, each working at different intensities to suit their own fitness levels, age, and needs.
You'll also learn how a children's activity session can be used for all components of fitness, including resistance, cardiovascular, flexibility, sport-specific, and motor skills.

How to deliver a Children's Fitness
Delivering a group class is quite different from a 121 or small group session.
On the course, you'll gain the confidence to talk and coach in front of larger groups.
Plus learn the intricacies of voice projection, voice control, and pitch so you can relate to all of the children.
You'll also learn what to say, where to stand and move, how to progress individuals and control each session as a leader.
What's more, you'll learn numerous ways how to inject fun-based gameplay into any session. This helps build rapport and an eager tribe that comes back week after week.
